We do our best to ensure that the information on this site is complete, accurate and current. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge but could be subject to change without notice.
Terms of sale
When you place an order to purchase a product, you confirm that you are: of legal age to form the contract, that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the payment method used. The receipt of an automatic order or confirmation email usually constitutes our acceptance of an order, but we retain the right to decline an order for any reason. However, we will communicate this to you if it indeed occurs.
Payment terms
Payment for all orders must be made on the checkout page or via secure SMS payment link before collecting an order.
You can make payment via our website payment processor PayPal, which is fully PCI compliant, and accepts payments from most major debit and credit card providers. You do not need a paypal account to pay online. All online payment transactions are subject to validation checks and we are not responsible if your payment method is declined for any reason. If your card issuer charges you a handling or processing fee, we will also not be responsible for this fee.
During the checkout process, you can choose a date and time for pickup or delivery if available. Your food will be prepared for this time and there will be no refund for orders not picked up on time, or if you’re not in for the delivery. If you need to amend the time or date of your order, please contact us immediately .
Collection of orders
We offer pre-order & delivery for your convenience, and endeavour to keep our systems up to date to reflect our availability but during these unprecedented circumstances trading can be a fluid situation. On occasion we may not be able to trade at the locations on certain days. We aim to keep you up to date via this website and our social media accounts – which you can follow at the bottom of the page. Our current delivery area is central and east Bristol, postcodes BS1-9, BS15 and BS16. Our usual pick up locations are Fridays at St Nicholas Markets or Weekends at Harbourside market.
Covid 19 precautions: We are a family business & all workers belong to one household who has been following social distancing measures to date. Our Food business already adheres to strict health & safety measures – but we have increased our cleaning schedules inline with sector guidance – in order to minimise any risk at this time. We prefer card payments, contactless if possible and offer our pre-order service for those who want to try and minimise contact time. Please observe social distancing guidance measures in place at the markets.
