Terms of sale
Orders are for Collection only so please do not order if you are unable to do local pick up in Bristol. Refunds will have card processing fees deducted.
When you place an order to purchase a product, you confirm that you are: of legal age to form the contract, that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the payment method used. The receipt of an automatic order or confirmation email usually constitutes our acceptance of an order, but we retain the right to decline an order for any reason. However, we will communicate this to you if it indeed occurs.
Payment terms
Payment for all orders must be made on the checkout page.
You can make payment via our website payment processor PayPal, which is fully PCI compliant, and accepts payments from most major debit and credit card providers. You do not need a paypal account to pay online. All online payment transactions are subject to validation checks and we are not responsible if your payment method is declined for any reason. If your card issuer charges you a handling or processing fee, we will also not be responsible for this fee.
Collection of orders
We offer click and collect for your convenience. Please present your order no at the stall.
Collection is from 33 Glass Arcade, St Nicholas Market, Bristol, BS1 1LA. or Weekends at Harbourside market.
Collection hours are: Mon- Fri 11-3:30pm, Sat 11-4:30pm
